Vitamin K exists in three forms: K1, K2 and K3. Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is a fat‑soluble vitamin found primarily in dairy products and fermented foods such as yoghurt, cheese, natto and sauerkraut. It plays a distinct role in the body compared to K1, particularly in supporting long‑term bone health.
Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones by helping transport calcium away from soft tissues — where it does not belong — and directing it into bone tissue, where it can be used effectively. This makes K2 an important nutrient for supporting skeletal strength and healthy calcium metabolism.

Directions & Storage For adults: Take one capsule 1–2 times daily with food.
For children aged 14–16: Take one capsule daily. Not suitable for children under 14 years. Do not exceed the stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
