Vitamin D 4000IU is a high‑potency dose of vitamin D3, ideal for taking 1–3 times per week as a convenient way to maintain healthy vitamin D levels. Unlike most vitamin D3 supplements, which are derived from lanolin in sheep’s wool, Viridian Vitamin D3 provides a fully vegan form sourced from lichen. Vitamin D is often called the sunshine vitamin because it is naturally produced in the skin following exposure to sunlight.
