Raw Coconut Oil

Organic Raw Coconut Oil is a premium‑quality oil handmade in the Philippines using traditional methods. Only mature, fresh whole coconuts are selected, then shelled and cold‑pressed to extract the pure oil. After gentle filtration to remove water, the result is a polished, high‑quality organic coconut oil that retains all the natural elements of the coconut — often referred to as “virgin” due to its minimal processing. Unlike non‑virgin or non‑organic oils, this method avoids refinement, bleaching or deodorising. All coconuts are sourced within a 100km radius of the production site, supporting local communities and reducing environmental impact.

Coconut oil is solid at room temperature and melts at around 25°C. When solid, it appears translucent white, turning clear when melted. It has a subtle nutty aroma with a sweet, lightly salty flavour. Naturally rich in medium‑chain triglycerides (MCTs), it contains nine different MCTs that make up around 93% of its total volume.

Traditionally used in Ayurvedic nutrition, the coconut tree was known as Kalpavriksha — the “all‑giving tree”. This versatile oil can be used in countless ways, including as a topical skin treatment, a solid fat for eating, or as a cooking and baking ingredient in place of other oils or fats.
