Pregnancy Omega Oil is a carefully formulated blend of golden flax, hemp, rice bran, avocado and cranberry seed oils, providing a balanced supply of omegas 3, 6 and 9. These essential fatty acids play an important role in normal growth and development, making this blend a supportive choice throughout preconception, pregnancy and the postnatal period. The oil is 88% organic, first cold‑pressed and completely solvent‑free.
Each 15ml serving also provides 273mg of DHA from algae. When taken during pregnancy, DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes in the foetus and breastfed infants. Pregnancy Omega Oil contains only active ingredients to support the body’s natural rhythm during trimesters 1, 2 and 3, as well as after birth when breastfeeding.
This wholesome oil can be taken straight from the spoon, added to smoothies or used as a nourishing salad dressing. For comprehensive nutritional support, it pairs well with Viridian’s Pregnancy Complex and Mother and Baby Powder.
