NAC, Chromium, L‑Glutamine & Cinnamon Complex is a specialist formulation developed by Viridian’s in‑house team of expert nutritionists. It brings together four well‑researched nutrients — N‑acetyl L‑cysteine (NAC), L‑glutamine, chromium and cinnamon extract — each chosen for their complementary roles in metabolic balance and overall wellbeing.

At the core of the formula is N‑acetyl L‑cysteine. Two capsules provide 800mg, offering a stable, bioavailable form of L‑cysteine — one of the 20 amino acids used throughout the body. Although cysteine is classed as a non‑essential amino acid (meaning the body can produce it), NAC enhances stability and utilisation.

This is supported by L‑glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in the body and found in particularly high amounts in muscle tissue. It is naturally present in foods such as red meat, dairy and fish.
