Organic Milk Thistle Tincture from Viridian is made using the seeds of Silybum marianum, a traditional botanical shown to support liver health. Milk thistle is a tall, striking herb with purple flowering heads, prickly leaves and a characteristic milky sap, found growing wild across the Middle East, Northern Africa and Southern Europe.

As a food supplement, take 15–30 drops 2–3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Children under 12 should take half the adult amount. Shake before use.
