Elderberries are naturally rich in vitamin C, an essential nutrient that contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Directions & Storage
As a food supplement: Adults: 5 oral sprays, up to 4 times daily. Children aged 6–12 years: 2 oral sprays, up to 4 times daily.
