Zinc Complex provides a highly absorbable, synergistic blend of nutrients involved in immune maintenance, skin health and overall wellbeing. Alongside zinc, the formula includes copper and beta carotene to support optimal absorption, balance and utilisation within the body.
Zinc is present in every cell and is involved in more than 200 enzyme reactions. It supports immunity, cognitive function, fertility, reproductive health and the maintenance of healthy skin, hair, nails, eyes and bones. Because zinc is not stored in the body, a regular dietary intake is essential. Foods rich in zinc include meat, shellfish, dairy and wholegrains, yet deficiency is still common.
