Alpha‑Lipoic Acid is a naturally occurring compound produced in small amounts by the body and found within every cell. Although the body can make limited quantities, levels can also be supported through diet or supplementation. Food sources include red meat, broccoli, tomatoes and spinach.
This formula includes vitamin C, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and supports normal psychological function and immune system performance. Alpha‑Lipoic Acid is both fat‑ and water‑soluble, meaning it can be utilised efficiently throughout the body — a unique feature compared to most antioxidants.
DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) is also included. This naturally occurring compound is present in small amounts in the brain and is found in foods such as anchovies and sardines. Together, these nutrients create a convenient vegan supplement suitable for daily use.
